 Another ghost net we got off the beach ta few weeks back in Waimanalo. Tons of marine debris is washing up and with reports of another Humpback Whale entangled by a net on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in the Molokai Channel, there is no time like the present to get out there and lend a hand. When we arrived today Sunday Hussey from www.808cleanups.org had already cut the whole net up...by herself!...but we were there in time to help her drag it out to the parking lot for pick up. Get out there and lend a hand a do your part today and everyday! Malama aina!

Cleaning up the beach is definitely important, especially if you live here. I mean, this beach is what gives us our own livelihood. I hope that we can all join the clean up drive that our community is hosting. It is our responsibility to clean up after ourselves, and it wouldn't hurt to help people who want to do it for others too.
